The Role

We are seeking a creative, confident, and self-motivated Social Media Specialist to manage and develop our various social media channels and communities. This role is integral to our organisation, as we rely heavily on social media to share our story, connect with our audience and build our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all our social media channels, ensuring daily, engaging and on-brand content
  • Create and post short videos, comfortable in front of the camera and able to create engaging visual content
  • Develop, manage and grow our LinkedIn groups and online communities
  • Attend some of our in-person events, capturing and sharing live content to our audience in real-time
  • Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, assess performance, and plan future content
  • Communicate and engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable on camera and experience in creating video content
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends and techniques
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to inform content strategies
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
