HIRING: Lead Generation Specialist
Our team is looking to expand our lead generation team and we’re looking for a sharp individual with a desire to grow within a fast developing company
Job Description:
You would be working inside of our social media platforms, communicating with leads as they message us from our content, ads, and more. You would also be connecting with prospective leads organically through our Facebook and Instagram & Linkedin accounts.
Your goal would be to communicate on behalf of our company and create an interest for the lead to book a sales call with one of our sales team members.
You have the ability to earn a set hourly rate plus bonuses that are closed by the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Engaging in our lead generation strategy on all our social media platforms during scheduled hours.
Speaking to potential customers and direct inquiries to find out their needs
Having a detailed understanding of our products and services and how these best
Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance (we provide tracking sheets).
Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
Requirements:
High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin
Experience in customer service is a plus
Experience in Sales is preferred
Some experience in the fitness industry
Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
Must attend weekly team meetings
Role Details:
3 hour shifts
mon-fri with optional weekend work if wanted
Full training is provided
Other role is Monday - Friday
Pay may vary depending on experience, uncapped commission and target bonuses
