TGP provides 64,000 new homes across the country at present and have ambitious plans to develop 10,000 new homes over the coming years, including circa 4,500 for sale.

About the role
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Social Media Officer to join our Guinness Homes Sales & Marketing Team. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy which is based in Bristol – Aztec West. We are currently operating hybrid working, which offers the opportunity to work 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. Specific days to be agreed during the on-boarding process.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking to make their mark within the social media profession – you’ll get the autonomy and encouragement to reshape Guinness Homes’ social media strategy with show home tours, pop-up marketing launches, user-generated content, housing show coverage, local lifestyle content, live educational video, snappy Shared Ownership myth-busting reels & much more. It’s a fantastic chance to creatively express yourself and be a champion of the new-look Guinness brand that’s being worked on right now.

You’ll be able to demonstrate:
Essential:
- Previous experience in social media or marketing role.
- Proven experience of producing effective, high-quality social media campaigns.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Experience with social media scheduling & reporting tools (Meta, Hootsuite, Sprout, Falcon or equivalent).
- Ability to produce insightful social media reports monthly.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
- Ability to take the initiative.
- Creative copywriting skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Desirable:
- Experience of working in the housing industry.
- Working knowledge of Shared Ownership.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or other design software (e.g. Canva, Pixlr).
Essential qualifications:
- Educated to Level 3 (A-level or equivalent) or higher.
