Your responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Executive (m/f/d) who uses social media to engage with our existing as well as potential new customers by posting relevant content and increasing awareness of the company and its products.
- Be responsible for identifying as well as targeting new Influencers and the related outreach
- Act as the supervisor and primary contact for our content creators (including acquisitions, negotiations, contracts, briefings, giftings, etc.)
- Take care of the further development of Influencer marketing strategies as well as a new social media channel campaign planning in cooperation with our Brand Managers and inhouse Designers
- Be responsible for creating content as well as copy writing for various social media channels and implement a content calendar with which you will schedule social media postings
- Be responsible for the budget planning and ask for approvals by the related Brand Managers
- Work on different topics related to the monthly Influencer briefings, the implementation of new and/or special projects, new social media brand collaborations and KPI reporting's
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in the field of brand management, marketing and/or content creation with focus on social media
- Experience in Brand guardianship and quality control for a brand as well as the ability to manage and support Junior team members
- Strong organizational as well as project management skills paired with a structured and effective way of working
- Interest in the wider social media and Influencer landscape, ideally in the field of Pet Food
- Analytical understanding paired with creativity and skills in the field of visual design – first knowledge in Designing is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills – internally as well as externally – as well as copy writing skills and empathy
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
