County Lifestyle are seeking a highly proactive, professional and hard working candidate to take on the role of Social Media Specialist. (remote role)
County Lifestyle supports small independent businesses using social media and is split into three current focused counties: Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge. The instagram pages gained an organic collective following of over 12,000 in under 6 months and continue to expand.
County Lifestyle prides itself in having had over 100 businesses signed up to our website to be represented and we are excited to see this number grow.
The right candidate will take on the following roles and responsibilities which include but are not limited to:
- Approaching businesses to become members - commission* received for reached targets
- Management of 3 Instagram accounts: Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge Lifestyle
- Posting members twice monthly on social media platforms
- Management of email correspondences
- Increasing Instagram following and engagement
- Organise giveaways, collaborations and actively linking County Lifestyle members
- Posting relevant stories including but not limited to current events
- Create affiliate links
- Award highly rated businesses County Lifestyle approved recognition
- Monthly round up newsletters to subscribers and members
- Website updates
- Plan biannual events
The right candidate must also have/be:
- Excellent literacy, communication and work ethic
- Creative and forward thinking
- An acceptable level of sales techniques
- An outstanding use of initiative
- Positive mindset and approach to work
- Willingness to achieve expansion
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: £16.50 per hour
