Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team on a freelance contract basis. As a Social Media Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence and driving online engagement. Your expertise in travel marketing and TikTok will be invaluable in reaching and connecting with our target audience. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing company in the fitness and wellness industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Partners to develop and implement social media marketing strategies that align with Workout Away's goals and target audience.
• Manage and update the company's social media channels, specifically TikTok, to enhance brand awareness and engage with followers.
• Create compelling content for various digital platforms, including videos, images, and written copy.
• Monitor social media trends, identify relevant opportunities, and develop innovative strategies to maximise engagement and reach.
• Conduct market research to identify new social media marketing trends, platforms, and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to amplify brand reach and generate user-generated content.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure Workout Away remains at the forefront of digital marketing practices.

Requirements:

• Proven social media marketing experience within the luxury travel sector.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Proficient in content creation and familiar with multimedia tools and software, including Canva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and travel.
