We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant team at Smith's Bar & Grill and Ayllu restaurants.
Core Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and report on our digital presence across platforms, including immersive stories, reels, Tiktoks and active community engagement.
Website & Third-Party Platforms: Update our website content and ensure brand consistency on third-party platforms.
Design & Creativity: Design of digital and physical assets, such as menus. And be the visionary for photoshoots, and videography.
Brainstorming & Campaign Execution: Work closely with the marketing manager to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the marketing manager to initiate and strengthen relationships with local residents, businesses and more.
Customer Relations: Address and respond to online feedback.
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in social media campaigns, email marketing, and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Proficiency with CMS systems and third-party platforms.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.
Desirable Attributes:
Background in hospitality marketing
SEO knowledge
Familiarity with Google Analytics
