What we can provide:
We can provide management of social media accounts. This includes comment moderation and account administration. Uploading content and copy writing.
We can provide advertising on social media accounts. This includes providing new content, copy writing posts, taking photographic images, recording short video clips and other related tasks.
Position available:
Digital Social Media Manager / content creator
Salary is negotiable, dependent on experience and full or part time availability. The contract length is also negotiable. Full time and part time are both available with flexible working hours.
Solomon Media are looking to recruit for the above position. We specialize in offering social media account management and social media advertising to our clients. We are based in the Southampton area, Hampshire. Most of the work can be completed remotely online or through video meetings. It will be necessary to travel to our clients to provide services occasionally.
To apply for this position you must have your own computer/ laptop and have access to fast internet. This is because the majority of the tasks will be performed through remote working (from home) using a computer.
This positions job responsibilities include the following:
- Moderating comments on social media platforms. This includes issuing bans, warnings, replying to questions etc..
- Uploading posts and creating content in collaboration with our clients. This includes typing in the English language (copywriting), taking / editing photographic images (and making gifs), making / editing short video clips etc..
- Talking with our clients to help make a strategy. Be willing to offer them your professional honest advice. This includes providing feedback to our clients on the performance of posts (analytics).
- Participate in team meetings with our other social media managers to discuss learnings and be willing to help each other as a team.
- Other light admin tasks when necessary related directly to social media management and content creation.
This positions required work experience is:
A minimum of a college education completed in a relevant subject or professional work experience as a social media manager / content creator. Course subject examples : Digital media, Social media studies, public relations, digital advertising, moderating or similar.
If you have your own equipment to take high quality photographs/video, then this would be an advantage.
