Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Creation:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
• Utilize your videography skills to produce high-quality videos that showcase our new projects, give tours of real estate properties and highlight success stories.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and visually appealing graphics, images, and other multimedia content for social media.

Podcast Management

• Manage and grow our company podcast, including reaching out to new guests and producing snippets of best moments.
• Optimize podcast performance through effective promotion and distribution strategies.

Community Engagement & Influencer Partnership

• Identify and engage with relevant social media influencers and industry experts to develop strategic partnerships and expand our reach.
• Actively engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the real estate or related industries.
• Proficient in videography, with the ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos.
• Experience managing and growing podcasts is a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
• Highly creative with a keen eye for detail.
