At Vitamin Well Group, we provide healthier and better tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our main brands are Vitamin Well, NOCCO and Barebells, but we also own local brands such as Nobe, Smiling and Tyngre. Our business has continued to grow rapidly since Vitamin Well Group was founded in Sweden 2006 and we have a revenue of 4 billion SEK (~360M USD). We provide products in over 40 markets, with an HQ in Stockholm and offices in nine countries around Europe, USA, and Asia.
In the UK and Ireland, NOCCO launched in 2018 followed shortly by Barebells. Today, the two brands are present across multiple channels including grocery, online, convenience and sport and fitness. Vitamin Well joined the portfolio as the third brand in April this year. ARE YOU OUR NEW SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER?
We are looking for a bubbly, outgoing and detailed social media manager to help continue the journey of the three fastest growing FMCG brands in the UK and Ireland; NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well. Your role will be to manage, improve and measure our activities across our social media platforms. You are both a brand and a people person – understanding the power of brand consistency along with caring about each and every consumer who interacts with us digitally.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is part of the marketing team based in London. There will some occasional travel and weekend working but it is predominantly Monday to Friday.
THE POSITION
- Implementation of social media strategy
- Build consistent content pillars with a pipeline of content from events, ambassadors and our communities
- Work with the marketing team to align on key campaign moments for content – i.e. product launches, nationwide campaigns
- TikTok lead – build relationships and a roster of monthly collaborations with influencers
- Online community management - reply to comments, DMs, and tagged posts to grow engagement and following
- Structure and implement trending moments and highlights
- Ensure photoshoots include material across all channels
- Implement a structure of how to highlight retail chains and e-commerce
- Manage and ensure we have the same tone of voice across all channels
- Ensure studio orders are briefed in for launches, event highlights and various design requests.
- Work with our DTC team to drive traffic to our online stores
- Reach new audiences online through current approaches and finding new, innovative ones
- Produce weekly analysis of performance and results
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of professional social media / digital experience with an FMCG brand
- Strong written and communication skills
- Passion for fitness / wellness / sports community
- Love of our brands and products
- Organised with attention to detail
- Strong communicator and team player
- Bonus: interest in photography and content creation
- Full valid UK driving license
