Develops and maintains an integrated digital communication strategy for all primary University social media accounts and develops creative content to support efforts. Leads all day-to-day social media efforts including developing a comprehensive content calendar, posting, monitoring, responding, increasing engagement, and developing strategic campaigns.

Serves as the lead for all paid digital advertising strategy across all digital channels to support university partners and works with the marketing agency to develop customized advertising plans, implement media buys, analyze campaign performance, and optimize conversion results.
Creates, analyzes, tests, and tweaks landing pages that correspond to digital ads.

Stays abreast of emerging social media trends, best practices in social media management and engagement, and the latest technology solutions for optimizing effectiveness and improving the university’s web presence and the brand’s awareness using digital media. Collaborates with division leaders to develop and implement University-wide social media strategies and campaigns.

Develops relationships with University Partners by leading social media educational efforts and implementing best practices, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Promotes collaboration by working with all University partners to guide, develop and implement social media plans for their respective areas.
