UK China Performing Arts founded in 2017, is an international dance academy that specialises in promoting Chinese classical dance and Chinese folk dance as well as Jazz, Hip-hop, and Latin dance in the United Kingdom through online lessons and in the studio.
We are looking for a highly creative and talented Social Media Manager to start a new division in our group. You’ll lead the division which will be responsible for changing the way we attract clients

Main Responsibilities:
- ● Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across all social mediaplatforms, including WeChat Channel, RED(Xiao Hong Shu), Douyin, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage with our target audience.
- ● Create and curate engaging content for social media channels.
- ● Monitor and analyse social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success ofour social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- ● Plan and execute effective social media recruitment strategies that will help usattract and hire amazing candidates.
- ● Collaborate with the wider group, including creative, product, and customersupport, to ensure our social media campaigns support our overall businessgoals.
- ● Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and bestpractices.
- ● Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, andoptimization.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
