As Social Media Executive – Paid you will support on the planning, execution and reporting of paid social media campaigns across TUI UK’s social platforms.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create and amplify paid social media campaigns that increase awareness, consideration and bookings of TUI’s products and services. You will have strong paid social knowledge and experience setting up & managing campaigns in Ads Manager across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and more.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Working with the Social Media Manager, you’ll plan, implement, optimise and report on paid social media campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and traffic across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat.
- You’ll take briefs from internal stakeholders and turn them into well-considered media plans, providing estimated KPIs and rationale as to why this is the best approach.
- You’ll collaborate with our internal content team and our platform partners to create compelling and engaging creatives that follow best-practice and align with our brand guidelines.
- You’ll set up campaigns using the platforms Ads Managers, leaning on our platform partners for any support.
- You’ll monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness, and run Brand Lift Studies to demonstrate uplift in brand metrics.
- You’ll stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and new advertising features and will help the Social Media Manager to identify suitable testing opportunities for each campaign.
ABOUT YOU
- You’ll have proven experience managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing environment, with strong knowledge of social media platforms, advertising formats, targeting options, and best practices.
- You’ll be proficient in using social media advertising tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- You’ll be familiar with social media analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign performance and will have excellent analytical skills in order to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- You’ll have excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills. organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Passion for travel and familiarity with the tourism industry is a plus.
- You’ll be able to travel to our Luton office once a week.
