This role is designed to serve a pioneering expression of The Salvation Army in a digital community as part of a ministry team The ministry team will actively create and develop a Christian community to build and develop positive relationships and support exploration of Christian faith and discipleship. This role requires a sense of vision, purpose and a creative approach to a new expression of The Salvation Army.
The job involves…
- Developing creative online worship and Christian discipleship content to help people explore their spiritual journey in creative and relevant ways
- Developing high quality digital content to communicate the Christian message and build the faith community by establishing creative partnerships and new ways of working with multiple stakeholders
- Identifying target audiences and influencers to cultivate online engagement and social media networks
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong communication and relational skills
- Knowledge and experience of using a wide variety of social media channels
- Experience in creating and producing engaging cross-platform Content
