Job description
Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform social media strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Experience:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficiency in photography and video editing software
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and digital marketing concepts
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform decision-making
