We are a Cosmetic Clinic seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Manager/Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing all social media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our brand's online presence and connect with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Create and curate compelling and shareable content, including text, image, and video, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and leverage them to improve our social media presence and reach.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze key social media metrics and provide regular reports to management, suggesting areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and content creation, and proactively identify new opportunities for brand exposure.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and industry to ensure accurate representation in social media content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Must be able to commute between two locations to create content (Toronto & Mississauga)
Requirements:

- Have at least 1-2 years of work experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Solid research skills and analytical aptitude
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience or knowledge in photo/videography and graphic editing is preferred
- Experience or knowledge in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustration, In-design) is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing trends and consumer preferences
- Good creativity ability and aesthetic taste
- Team-player, diligent, eager to learn
