The Role
Are you passionate about empowering thousands to get up-skilled and secure high-quality jobs?
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Stepful’s organic social media presence online. You will manage the Stepful Instagram account and help grow it into an effective awareness channel. You will use Instagram and Facebook to engage the existing community of active students & alumni. You will work collaboratively with team members across the organization to coordinate content efforts and amplify the voice of our students online!
What You’ll Do
- Develop & own Stepful's instagram aesthetic
- Post relevant and engaging content on instagram daily.
- Create informational graphics & videos around Stepful's core offering.
- Create a content strategy and posting schedule for the Stepful instagram account
- Interact via comments & direct messages with prospective students, active students, & alumni to foster a sense of community around the program on Instagram
- Identify influencers within the medical education niche to partner with.
- Convert instagram & other marketing content into bite sized email newsletters.
Qualifications
- You have 2+ years of professional experience in social media content
- You understand social media platforms and their algorithms on a deep level
- You are comfortable with strategy and writing creative briefs as well as being in front of the camera
- You are comfortable with metrics and reporting on how your content is performing
- You are comfortable using native tools & apps to edit and create compelling video & image content
- You have strong communication skills and a high attention to detail
- You have experience creating content for yourself AND brands
- You LOVE creating content every day
