Smart Auction UK is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team. We are a fast-growing company looking to add to our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a great attitude, who is looking for a place to grow and develop.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts for Smart Auction UK
• Create and update content on all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter)
• Create engaging and innovative video content for a global audience
• Create and manage brand content on all platforms ( Facebook, YouTube)
• Manage and grow email marketing campaigns
• Assist with SEO optimization
• Create and manage content calendar for brand accounts
• Assist with content creation for events/campaigns (e.g. giveaways)
• Assist with creating content for digital marketing campaigns (e.g. email marketing campaigns)
• Create and manage social media ads (Google Adwords)
• Track progress of social media projects and report to management team
• Managing the engagement strategy, focusing on driving follower growth and engagement rates
• Monitoring social media trends
• Other duties as assigned by management team

As the Social Media Manager you will be responsible for bringing to life the brand's visual identity whilst influencing content across all social touch points. Working with the founder and wider marketing team, you will be responsible for all aspects of production and content.

About You

To be considered for the position of Social Media Manager, you will need to have strong knowledge across all social media platforms, as well as a good understanding of how brands can use social media to engage online audiences.

In addition, you must have:

• A proven track record in social media production
• An enthusiasm for social media
• A passion for engaging with our customer
• Experience using brand guidelines
• Multitasking skills and be super organised
• A proactive attitude with a curiosity to learn and adapt to new social media
• The ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication skills
