The Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing the day-to-day marketing responsibilities for all sbe restaurant and nightlife venues in Los Angeles. Tasks may include but are not limited to building and executing social media strategies, generating and publishing daily content, optimizing company pages on various platforms, moderating user-generated content, analyzing social data, collaborating with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions, managing photo and video shoots and other support activities for the marketing department.

Responsibilities:
- Manage organic social posts
- Ensure highest standards of community management
- Develop and maintain content calendar that is aligned with our brand and engaging
- Respond to all comments everywhere with energy and gusto
- Actively build engagement with our followers
- Extend our profile by finding, following, and engaging with the right people
- Pursue and organize contests, giveaways, and others social growth efforts when appropriate
- Work proactively to frame the social discussion
- Find the right spaces online to insert ourselves into the conversation
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Create quick-turn quality content
- Conduct competitive social media research
- Conduct weekly social media analysis
- Responsible for the social media strategy and content creation for the venues, inclusive of Facebook & Instagram strategies, possibility of collaborating with a social agency
- Identify and build effective relations with strategic partners from the local and regional private and public sectors
- Identify events, promotions, and partners from the commercial sector to help raise the awareness of the brand and drive new revenue streams
- Attend events as needed at restaurant and nightlife venues to provide marketing support, on weekends as needed
- Develop influencer program and host events to support initiatives
- Collaborate with brand chefs and culinary tea
- Coordinate with local teams to gather programming to be shared on brand channels
- Create marketing and communication campaigns to proactively promote and position the brands as the most crave worthy using a strategic mix of paid, owned and earned media tactics
- Set up and manage paid social/ads
Requirements:
- At least 3 years proven experience of working as a social media specialist in the hospitality industry (restaurants, nightlife).
- Excellent content creation skills such as writing, designing, and editing.
- In-depth knowledge regarding the functionality of various online marketing channels.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate promotional campaigns.
- Knowledge of web design, SEO, and Web development.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
