Content Creator / Social Media Manager

The Practice

Located minutes away from Manchester airport, we are a private dental practice run by award-winning dentist Dr Stephen Dodd. Dr Dodd’s flair for cosmetic dentistry and experience has made Ringway Dental the go-to practice for patients looking to improve their smile.

Whether you’re visiting for a routine check-up or about to embark on an exciting Smile Makeover, our aim is to break the mould on traditional dentistry.

The Role

We’re looking for a fun, talented and savvy marketeer to join our growing private dental practice.

Creativity and strategic thinking are key to this role, and your focus will be divided between:

Organic campaigns – understanding how to build a brand on social media and engage with target audiences, including managing our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts. You must be confident in curating engaging content including reels and be a social media natural – skilled and savvy.

Iphone content, creative thinking, understanding of current trends on popular platforms is what Ringway are looking for.

The Responsibilities

· Maintaining and monitoring all Ringway Dental social media channels focusing on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

· Creating and editing images and producing engaging video content daily that reaches key audiences and generates leads

· Keeping up-to-date with key social trends/viral video content and using your creativity to identify how you could adapt it for use on our channels

· Communicating with followers / responding to comments

· Involvement in the management of our influencer strategy including being strategic over what content should be captured and how that is delivered to our followers on social

· Lead on the creation and execution of creative campaigns that drive brand awareness, enquiries and ultimately bookings

· Monitor and report performance of social media content

· Regularly liaise with the team and patients, including identifying and creating case studies

The Experience

The successful candidate will ideally have:

· A degree qualification – preferably in a related area e.g. social media. marketing etc

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Someone is able to think ahead

- Put together plans for events such as - open days, Christmas etc

- Can shoot amazing content on an IPHONE

- Have a thorough understanding of current trends on TIK TOK, INSTA, FB etc

· Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms and paid marketing strategies

· Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Premier Pro

· Ability to manage & organise own workload and think creatively

· Some photography/videography experience is not essential – if you have a good eye for what works on social media, how to create it, and are naturally creative then we want to hear from you

· Outgoing, high-energy personality able to liaise with team members and patients

Salary & Benefits:

· £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year dependent upon experience
