Paramount Digital Agency is searching for an experienced and reliable Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate is professional and capable of managing his or her workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company. Main Responsibilities
- Team management and supervision
- Copywriting as per company needs
- Deliver exceptional creative content (text, image and video)
- Develop and execute effective social media marketing campaigns
- Work with online marketing channels
- Present social media and google analytics of campaigns, and implement corrective action where improvement is necessary
Job Requirements
- Experience 3-5 years in the same social media management position
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, lead and delegate
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt
- Consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Creativity
- Market knowledge
- Monitoring and tracking results
- Relationship building skills
- Ability to identify and solve client issues successfully
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with web design
- Analytical thinking
- BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field
Agency experience is a plus
