Paramount Digital Agency is searching for an experienced and reliable Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate is professional and capable of managing his or her workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company. We are located in the heart of downtown Toronto.

Main Responsibilities

• Team management and supervision
• Copywriting as per company needs
• Deliver exceptional creative content (text, image and video)
• Develop and execute effective social media marketing campaigns
• Work with online marketing channels
• Present social media and google analytics of campaigns, and implement corrective action where improvement is necessary

Job Requirements

• Experience 3-5 years in the same social media management position
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, lead and delegate
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt
• Consistently meet deadlines
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Creativity
• Market knowledge
• Monitoring and tracking results
• Relationship building skills
• Ability to identify and solve client issues successfully
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with web design
• Analytical thinking
• BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field

Agency experience is a plus
