Join our dynamic team at Mia Direct as a Social Media Marketing Specialist and help us grow our online presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly, and maintain a positive online brand image.
  • Analyse social media data and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and effective.

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing social media marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content optimization, and community management.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and original content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
