Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team at Creative. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with a keen eye for detail and possesses a strong understanding of social media trends and strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop original, high-quality, and engaging content for multiple social media channels to include the ability of capturing great photos and video clips
- Create visual assets, such as images, graphics, and videos, that align with our client’s brand identity and resonate with their target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content ideas and ensure brand consistency.
- Visit various locations across the UK to gather and create dynamic content in line with current social media trends.
2. Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain our client’s social media accounts.
- Plan, schedule, and publish regular posts, ensuring a consistent posting cadence that drives audience engagement and growth.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly and professionally.
- Utilise social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve content strategy.
3. Community Engagement:
- Foster a sense of community and brand loyalty through active engagement with our client’s online audience.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns and contests that encourage user participation and interaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for enhancing social media presence.
4. Content Strategy and Planning:
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our client’s goals and target audience.
- Conduct regular content audits and provide insights to optimize content performance and relevance.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on social media metrics, content performance, and campaign results.
- Continuously monitor social media trends, tools, and platforms to enhance our social media and content strategy
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator and Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills, social media campaigns, and community engagement.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Knowledge of branding and the ability to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Confidence to speak with people in a meeting environment.
