Job Title: Social Media Manager - Instagram and TikTok Stories and Daily Reels (6-Month Contract with Possibility of Full-Time)

The successful candidate will be responsible for curating and posting engaging stories and daily reels on Instagram and TikTok, driving brand awareness and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram and TikTok, with a focus on stories and daily reels.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content for stories and daily reels, including images, videos, and text.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align content with brand guidelines and promotional campaigns.
- Research and stay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practices on Instagram and TikTok to optimize content performance.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- Monitor analytics and provide regular reports on key performance metrics, using insights to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to develop collaborations and user-generated content initiatives.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends, leveraging insights to maintain our competitive edge.
- Experiment with innovative content formats, including interactive elements, to drive audience engagement and virality.
- Stay up to date with platform updates and algorithm changes to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum visibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- In-depth knowledge of the Instagram and TikTok platforms, features, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools, photo and video editing software, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to align content with brand guidelines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform content strategy.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying up to date with emerging social media trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
