Job description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team in our Notting Hill showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest social media trends and be able to develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating content, managing campaigns, and monitoring analytics across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Create and publish engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.
  • Define and implement a brand tone of voice that can be shared across all social media platforms, website copy and customer emails
  • Manage and grow our social media channels, ensuring consistent and compelling content that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Drive traffic and generate sales through strategic social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance using relevant metrics and insights to optimise strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
  • Define KPIs for social media campaigns.
  • Engage with customers and followers via all channels.
  • Create content and manage any external content creation
  • Identify strategic influencers, establish relationship and manage respective campaigns as part of wider strategy
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers.
  • Use social media management tools to schedule posts (Later), track performance, and generate reports on key metrics.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team to continuously improve social media strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
