Our client is a highly successful, award winning , rapidly growing organisation based in Northampton. They are seeking a passionate, ambitious, driven individual for a pivotal role within their friendly and collaborative marketing department. They are looking to welcome on board a talented social media expert with a proven track record, to develop and help implement social media strategies and campaigns, to increase brand visibility, attract and engage target audiences, and drive traffic to the company’s digital platforms. The successful candidate will be dedicated and passionate about their field of expertise.

Day to day responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and engaging with followers to build and maintain strong community relationships.
- Utilise social media management and analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and audience insights, and generate reports for management.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance optimisation to maximise ROI.
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audiences
Skills and experience required
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platform
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills to create engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite
- Driven, ambitious and passionate!
