We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing Team at Hand Picked.
A new opportunity has arisen to join our expanding marketing team at Hand Picked Hotels. We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join Hand Picked Hotels. This role will be operate from our Central Support Office in Sevenoaks with hybrid working, with occasional visits to our hotels as required.
The remit for this role will involve overseeing the interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms’ content strategies. This will also involve analysing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
About the role
As Social Media Manager you will own and develop organic social strategy to achieve overall marketing objectives.- You will be responsible for the design and deliver a broad portfolio of organic social campaigns to hit revenue and ROI targets.
- You will be responsible for promoting Hand Picked Hotels and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with Hand Picked Hotels brand and social media strategy.
- Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite and TweetDeck
- You will also run social media analytics and reporting.
- Be the internal expert on the social media landscape and changes potentially impacting the business.
- Staying current with the latest social media updates and trends.
- Be responsible for curating images, text, and videos to provide value to our followers.
About you:
- You will have a proven social media experience (in-house or agency side) for high organic traffic websites planning and implementing successful social media campaigns that drive traffic and revenue growth.
- Experience of generating product feeds to power carousel across social platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of technical social media and its practical implementation.
- Experience with a variety of web analytic tools in particular Google Analytics, search console, webmaster to investigate and interpret channel performance. Good knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- It is essential you are confident with curating images, text and video content.
- Prior experience analyzing and leveraging data/metrics to assess and iterate on social media growth strategies.
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector or a luxury brand would be advantageous.
