Who you are
Are you passionate about music and have experience in managing or working on social media accounts? Do you have a track record of engaging with consumers through social media channels, and are you familiar with tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, Facebook Business Manager & Creator Studio, or other similar tools? If so, we want to hear from you!
You will be passionate about our products and be in the unique position to have the scope to be the voice of the UK’s largest music retailer with some of the worlds most loved brands. You will be very self-motivated and will have a constant desire to learn and undertake new challenges. You will have the flexibility to be able to adapt to fast-changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
What you will do
As the voice of the UK’s largest music retailer with some of the world's most loved brands, including Fender, Yamaha, Roland, and many more, you will work closely with our digital, content, and product marketing teams to create best-in-class content and engagement strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. You will be responsible for driving organic and paid social strategies, creating content campaigns that resonate with a wide range of buyer personas, and managing social calendars.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our suppliers on new launches and special focus projects, while providing weekly and monthly performance reporting to inform our social strategy and direction. You will also have the flexibility to adapt to fast-changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
You would be working with our digital, content and product marketing teams that are always looking to drive best in class content & engagement when it comes to all things social. You will drive organic and paid social strategies and create content campaigns across a wide range of buyer personas.
Deliver professional and engaging social content that drives positive share of voice across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok- Support and execute the social strategy and direction, informed by the business objectives and insight, working closely with photography, product, marketing, and customer services teams
- Arrange content days and create asset/creative plans for our photography teams
- Share new content ideas and strategies for organic and paid campaigns
- Collaborate with our suppliers across a wide range of new launches & special focus projects
- Create and manage social calendars
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting
- Identify and react in a timely nature to tactical opportunities.
What your skill set may look like

Hands-on experience managing or working on commercial social accounts ideally wiythgin the music industry- Experience managing Hootsuite, Canva, Facebook Business Manager & Creator Studio, or other similar tools
- Experience with Google Analytics reporting and channel data analysis
- Leadership experience
- Have a proven track record of engaging with consumers including copy writing and be able to share example of your experience during the interview process
- A data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving
- Fluency in written and spoken English
