Role Overview:As the sole Social Media and Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our social media strategy, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will create compelling content that resonates with our target audience of busy professionals and overseas clients, showcasing the benefits of our services and enhancing brand awareness organically.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive marketing plan and objectives to drive brand awareness and reach new clients.
- Craft engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, tailored to the preferences and pain points of our target market.
- Highlight how our services save time for busy professionals and overseas clients through captivating written, graphic, and video content.
- Implement lead magnets and other lead generation strategies to grow our customer database.
- Collaborate with the company director and external marketing consultant to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor social media performance, track website clickthroughs, and analyze data to optimize content strategies.
- Maintain an informal yet professional brand tone in all communications to resonate with our audience.
- Take ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies for maximum impact.
- Continuously seek creative ways to grow brand awareness and enhance customer engagement.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in driving brand awareness and organic growth on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Understanding of the preferences and needs of busy professionals and overseas clients in the property industry.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, including lead magnets, to attract and retain clients.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently create and execute a marketing plan from scratch.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, such as Canva and video editing software.
- Strong analytical skills to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an informal yet professional brand tone.
- Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and captivating content creation.
- Budget management skills to optimize resources for maximum impact.
