Founded in 2008 in the greater Minneapolis - St. Paul area, Premier Hospitality Group comprises various restaurants and hotels across the Midwest. These include (but are not limited to) Wild Bill's Sport Saloon, Smilin' Moose Lodge Bar & Grill, St. Paul Tap, Hudson Tap, Two Rivers Lodge Bar & Grill, Donatelli's, and our newest addition, Full Tilt Tavern.
We are in search of a social media manager to oversee the curation and management of all social media content for our businesses. The ideal candidate has not only worked in hospitality, but has a true love and understanding of the industry. Our hope is to find a candidate who can visualize and produce content in a way that is not only fun and enticing, but showcases our brands in their unique, individualized and truly fun manners. We are in the business of making people’s days and we want our newest team member to have that very same outlook!
For consideration, please submit a portfolio including:
- One sample Instagram post
- One sample Instagram Reel / TikTok
- One sample ad / promoted post
- Any content you’ve curated that you are really proud of showing off!
Role responsibilities and requirements include (but are not limited to):
- 1-2 years of experience in curating and managing content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Ability to create well constructed Instagram Reels and TikToks
- Ability to curate and manage promoted material / advertisements with a clear understanding of best practices to drive traffic
- Consistent overseement of Facebook, Google, Yelp and TripAdvisor reviews
- Ability to routinely seek out content trends and conduct industry research to maintain polished, high level social media presences
- Willingness to travel to locations to capture real time content / Making frequent visits to the restaurants that are in proximity to the Twin Cities area
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with guests through our social media platforms
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with staff across all brands when required
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at a given time
- Ability and willingness to take initiative in areas you feel may benefit from improvement

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
