```Duties:```
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Manage social media accounts and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Conduct research on target audience preferences and interests to inform content creation
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to schedule and publish social media posts
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and photographers to create visual content for social media
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
```Requirements:```
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in video editing, proofreading, research, and photography is a plus
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies is preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
