Job Summary:
Are you passionate about social media and digital advertising? Chick-fil-A North Collins Street is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work part-time or full-time, collaborates closely with our Marketing Coordinator, and reports to the Director of Brand Growth. The Social Media Manager should be prepared to participate in the operations of the business to be actively involved with our team.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing goals. The Manager will be tasked with curating content, managing and growing social media channels, analyzing data, and staying current with social media trends and tools. The successful candidate possesses excellent communication skills, digital marketing experience, creative thinking abilities, and a passion for social media. Hybrid position, a combination of working at the restaurant, in the community, and off site.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with company goals
- Create content for social media channels, including copywriting and design
- Schedule and publish content on social media platforms
- Monitor and engage with social media communities and respond to comments and inquiries
- Analyze social media data and provide reports on key metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure social media is integrated with other campaigns and initiatives
- Stay current with social media trends and emerging platforms
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
- Educate and train team members on social media best practices
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Must have a Driver's License
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools (Hootsuite, etc.)
- Understanding of social media analytics and metrics
- Experience with social media advertising campaigns
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Suite.
