Social Media Manager – Paid & Organic
Up to £40,000

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join a multi award winning creative and digital agency based in Leeds city centre.
We’re looking for someone with experience in:
- Paid social
- Organic social
- Auditing
- Creating and deploying strategies and implementation plans
- Driving the creative development process
And ideally:
- Line management
- Budget management

You’ll be taking charge of a handful of clients, working with them closely to develop paid and organic social campaigns, the more creative the better. The clients are all completely varied, some in fashion, some in sports, some in baby care and some in the food sector, 90% of them sign up for both paid and organic help, largely across Facebook and Instagram.
You’ll also manage and mentor a Social Media Executive and a Creative Executive, reviewing and allocating work, helping them grow and develop and ensuring all work for the team is in line with the overall social strategy.

We’re looking for both paid and organic social media experience, you can come from a client side/in-house or agency background. You’ll be working alongside the Social Media Director, taking ownership of key clients and sharing successes, ideas and wins.
