Job description
Our rapidly expanding firm is looking for an experienced and passionate Social Media Manager and UGC content creator to join our team. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for social media outreach, content development, and establishing a vision and framework for the company's social media presence. This position is responsible for generating a large amount of content, so ideally the successful candidate will be well-versed in copywriting and creative writing.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor and respond to comments, complaints, and other messages posted to the company's social media platforms.
- Maintain social media accounts.
- Post interesting content to attract and retain an audience.
- Develop a posting schedule for the week; work with marketing department to develop long-term social media plans.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
