About the role:
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll work alongside our design, community, influencer and senior teams on social media content & strategy across our client portfolio. You’ll be a creative and social media expert, creating captivating content for a range of beauty & lifestyle brands.
You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies and ideas that build on current social trends all the way through to execution of creating & editing content, ultimately ensuring it all aligns perfectly in terms of audience, voice and values with our client’s goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead & manage implementation of a proactive social media and community management strategy for clients across social platforms ensuring strategy aligns to the client’s goals, community growth & cross-platform elevation
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools and platform functionalities, spearheading the use of these opportunities where appropriate
- Create high quality, original, social first video content and brief to our in-house design team and third-party creators ensuring best practices
- Oversee & manage the approval flow on assets, ensuring client’s brand visual identity and tone of voice is maintained across all channels
- Provide actionable monthly reports for clients and feedback on potential opportunities for improvements and optimisation
- Define commercial and brand KPIs and benchmarks for each channel in line with wider client objectives, using these to inform an evolving social media strategy
- Nurture & grow the social media team, with a collaborative & supportive approach to training and development
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 4+ years experience delivering engaging social - first content to an organic social community
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
- Passion for, and knowledge of the health & beauty industry
- Ability to work in a reactive and fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, proactive and collaborative nature
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media and e-commerce analytics tools
