The Role
The key purpose of the role is to define and execute Social Media best practice and strategy across all UK social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube. You’ll work closely with the Head of Social to reach, engage and grow their social channels, developing strategies and campaign ideas. You will be one of the go to contacts within the business for all things Social Media related and work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders and departments, ensuring high quality multi-platform campaigns are delivered. You’ll also maintain key partner relations with all major Social Media platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube) to ensure cutting edge innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee the Social Media budget as well as reporting, sharing detailed reports with senior stakeholders weekly, monthly and quarterly, and track performance against KPI’s. You’ll be supported by a team of Social Media Manager’s and Exec’s, Community Managers, Influencer Managers, Content Creators, Paid Social, Video/Motion team and Analysts.
You
You’ll bring expert knowledge of all main social media channels, community management, and content creation, with particular focus on organic growth, though paid knowledge is also advantageous. You should have a track record of developing and executing social media strategy for large brands and organisations. Experience managing and developing a sizeable Social Media team and budgets, as well as proficient in setting and tracking KPI’s, data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement. Ideally you’ll be experienced at working collaboratively with cross-functional marketing teams in order to integrate Social activity with wider campaigns.
