Job Role: Social Media Insights Manager
Function: Brand, Content and Social
Location: Bristol or London (hybrid working)
Salary: £50,000 - £62,000 (London) / £42,800-£53,500 (National) plus car allowance and generous benefits

We’re looking someone who is passionate about all things social, data insights and reporting
It's an exciting time in the TSB marketing team – we’re constantly looking for ways to grow and develop our social media channel capabilities and right now we're looking for someone that sits at the very core of everything we do and lead the with way with the creation, development and delivery of TSB’s social data insights and reporting. You’ll be the catalyst for conversation and new ideas by proactively sharing insights and discoveries across both the marketing function and the wider organisation. You’ll have your finger on the pulse of what our customers, and non-customers, are saying online.
They’ll sit within the social media and content team, but work across the whole marketing function to deliver insights, performance, listening and benchmarking data. Delivering weekly and monthly reporting to the whole department as well as feeding into marketing briefs where needed.
To enable this they’ll work within a platform called Sprinklr, working very closely with the Sprinklr team to build new dashboards and reports to support business needs. They’ll also support with the overall strategy of social reporting alongside the Sprinklr roadmap and future opportunities.
They’ll also focus on competitor activity and creative, working closely with our agencies to provide updates on new formats, creative and social features to enable creativity and build relevant content for our channels.
What we need today
We’d love our social media insights manager to have these skills and experience:
They need to have a passion for all things social – the latest trends, channel metrics, and best practice
They need to have extensive experience as an insights manager at either another brand or for an agency.
Have significant knowledge and demonstratable ability in using social media insights and reporting tools, preferably Sprinklr - creating insights dashboards and reporting & analysing data.
Experience in communicating results and insights effectively to all levels of an organisation in a concise, relevant way
