As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Snow + Rock and Runners Need to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

• Day to day management of our social media channels, delivering both planned content and reactive responses to topics and relevant trends
• Planning, briefing, and creating content to support our social media accounts
• Building strong knowledge of our customers and audience, taking the lead on tailoring messages and content to appeal to our target audience
• Managing delivery and reporting of influencer campaigns and ambassador relationships
• Monitoring competitor activity and providing updates on key trends in social media
• Setting and measuring against brand KPI’s and optimising campaigns

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube to drive community engagement and customer acquisition
• An understanding of different social content formats and channel-specific needs
• Ability to provide social media performance reports and analysis using tools such as Hootsuite, Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
• Creative thinking with the ability to assess and adapt on the spot
• Excellent organisational skills
