Job description
If you're looking to join a fast-growing and dynamic marketing team that is leading a movement within a niche of US healthcare, then this may be the right opportunity for you.
First, who are we?
Seen as industry leaders for cutting-edge marketing strategies, we partner with private hearing care clinics across North America to help them drive powerful content marketing and lead the industry's future.
Our team of fewer than 30 individuals, who all work remotely, is small but dynamic. With ambitious growth plans and a supportive leadership team, opportunities for advancement and progression are readily available.
It's a place where you can bring your ideas and experience to modernise an industry that is "stuck in its ways" and be part of a family culture with all the remote working benefits.
As you're still reading, you must like what you've seen so far.
The truth is, we've developed a very special culture, and we're absolutely committed to maintaining it. The person that joins us must be a great fit, and we're prepared to wait until the perfect match comes along.
Although your experience plays a key role in this process, your personality traits and attitude are the main priorities. If this is how your co-workers and friends would describe you, then we may be the ideal match:
- Always happy, smiles a lot, positive attitude, always a pleasure to be around.
- Interested in self-development, learning new skills and continually improving yourself.
- Committed, dedicated, a great teammate, pitches in without being asked, puts team accomplishments ahead of individual accomplishments.
- Owns it, credits others for successes, and accepts responsibility for failures.
- Always finds a constructive way to solve a problem.
- Coachable, doesn't get defensive, accepts feedback with a positive attitude. Always looking for ways to grow and improve.
- Reliable, dependable, when you say you'll get something done, it's as good as done
These statements also describe the people you'll be working alongside, meaning that you'll quickly discover that this is much more than a group of co-workers, it feels like a family.
We have discussed whether you're the right fit for this role, and you're still reading, indicating that you may just have at least a couple of the personality traits/attitude we're looking for. So, let's now look at the specific duties of the role.
As a Social Media Executive you will play a key role in managing and driving social media efforts on behalf of our clients across the US and Canada.
In an industry facing numerous external challenges, our clients are at the forefront, driving change and shaping the future. As a trusted partner to these elite clinics, we develop their marketing strategies, provide solutions to their business challenges, and implement high-performing campaigns (digital and offline).
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Content Manager to ensure the timely and successful delivery of tasks and projects to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of digital branding and marketing, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to create visually appealing content for social media platforms.
This includes:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for our clients, with a focus on increasing engagement and building brand awareness.
- Create and curate content, including feature images and videos, for social media platforms, ensuring they are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines.
- Use scheduling software and content calendars to manage and publish content.
- Manage the backend of Facebook and Facebook Business Manager, including creating and managing ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and digital marketing, and bring new ideas and approaches to the table.
- Continually evaluate and refine social media strategies to ensure they are effective and achieve desired results.
If the above sounds like the kind of role that you have been waiting for and the type of marketing group that you want to be part of, then here's what we're ideally looking for from you:
- Strong knowledge of digital branding and marketing.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for social media.
- Ability to use scheduling software and content calendars to manage and publish content.
- Graphic design and video creation skills, with the ability to create visually appealing feature images and videos.
- Knowledge of the backend of Facebook and Facebook Business Manager as well as other popular social media channels.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to bring new ideas and approaches to the table.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to continually learn and grow.
- You are friendly, kind, approachable and passionate about doing your job to a high standard. You want to progress in your career and are ambitious.
- You are organised! This is so important for this role, you need to be a fast thinker, methodical and have an excellent eye for detail.
- You enjoy building processes to drive efficiencies with marketing deliverables
- Ability to share ideas and effectively communicate with team members to achieve common goals and provide the best results for clients
- Flexibility and adaptability to support team members and work collaboratively to meet changing client needs and expectations.
You're still here?
So you must like the sound of our company culture, believe you're the right personality fit for the role, and have the experience/qualifications that we're looking for.
Finally, let's discuss the wage and benefits of being part of this journey.
The wage is between £22,000 and £24,000 depending on your experience.
Additional benefits include:
- Work from home – our team of experts are spread throughout the UK, Europe, India and the US – you'll be able to work from anywhere in the world.
- "Family" Atmosphere – we work hard, and have fun – with regular get-togethers, celebrations, awards and activities.
- Flexibility – you'll be able to adapt your hours to work around other commitments.
- Private healthcare and dental care – you and your family will be covered for premium private healthcare and dental care plans if you are resident in the UK.
- Never work your birthday – it's a small thing, but you'll always have your birthday off work, on us!
If you believe that this is the right fit for both you and us, then we would love to talk.
How to Apply

Therefore, record a video or do something unique to prove that you go above & beyond.
