Job Description:
As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in helping create and execute social content strategies. Your responsibilities will include platform strategising, content creation and scheduling, copywriting, influencer management, ad creation and general community management.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brands image, marketing objectives and target audience with a strong focus on community management.
- Helping create, schedule and monitor high quality engaging content for various social media platforms with a strong focus on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and TikTok.
- Observing and staying up to date on social media platforms to identify trends and opportunities for reactive content.
- Planning and writing of engaging and persuasive copy for different channels such as social media posts & ads, blog articles, newsletters, email marketing campaigns and community responses.
- Identifying and collaborating with influencers and content creators that align with our brand. This includes managing relationships, contracts, debriefs and the monitoring of progress on respective deals.
- Collaborating with other members of the marketing team such as Media Buyers (Paid and Search) and content creator and taking a strong lead from a creative perspective.
Requirements:
- An innovative and creative thinker who can generate new ideas both independently and collaboratively.
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to take creative lead. Takes pride and responsibility in their work.
- Demonstrated track record of success in a Social Media Executive or comparable role.
- Excellent copywriting skills for crafting compelling copies.
- Proficiency in video and photo editing, enabling the creation of visually captivating and engaging content.
- Previous experience in influencer outreach and management, including establishing and maintaining fruitful collaborations.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, content creation strategies with fashion industry trends as a bonus.
