A bit about the role

Are you ready to embark on an adventure in the world of social media? Join our pack at the leading FRESH dog food company as a Social Media Executive. This is a great opportunity for someone to show off their creativity, passion for all things social and meet and pet many, many dogs.

We're looking for someone who will create content that gets tails wagging.

This is a hybrid role, our office is in White City in London, and you will report directly into our Social Media Lead.

You will run point on...

• Planning and Strategy of our Instagram and Facebook accounts

Schedule posts, monitor engagement, impressions, and reactions and report on performance

Throwing engagement through the ruff – wacky ideas welcome

In this role, you can expect to…

• Be the top dog in managing our Instagram and Facebook accounts, creating content that is informative, engaging and reflects the brand and our unique tone of voice bark.
• Curate, create, schedule and launch an array of impactful content.
  • Write humorous and engaging copy for all our social media channels, capturing our brand's tone of bark.
  • Create and edit content that tells compelling stories, evokes emotions, and resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor social media trends, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations on a weekly basis to improve our channels and keep ahead of the competition.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns that are not only informative but also entertaining and shareable.
• Staaaay on top of social media trends and leverage them to create shareable and viral content that will make us stand out.
• Respond to messages and comments from our furry friends and their humans in a timely and humorous manner, building meaningful relationships and creating a loyal fanbase.
• Plan and execute social media competitions, giveaways, and promotions that will make our followers howl with laughter and excitement.

You will have these fetching qualities….

• You're a social media guru with a dog-centric sense of humor and the ability to write engaging copy.
• You're a creative thinker who can come up with innovative ideas for social media campaigns that are both informative and entertaining.
• You're a data-driven marketer who loves to to understand social media performance metrics and use insights to optimise content and drive results, all while cracking a joke or two!
• You're collaborative with a positive attitude, and your witty and pun-tastic writing style brings a smile to everyone's face.
• You're a dog lover who understands the special bond between humans and their furry family members and can create content that tugs at the heartstrings of our audience.
• You're naturally curious about social media because you are an avid user.
• Skilled in: Sprout Social; Canva; CapCut; Photography and video editing. Photoshop and Premiere Pro skills would be a Brucie Bonus
