These labs will be strategically placed globally to ensure socially inclusive access to resources, tools and networks of industry experts to build purpose driven organizations focused on solving sustainability challenges.

As the social media coordinator, you'll manage Metavisionaries online presence by developing a strategy, producing excellent content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing media projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities

As a social media coordinator, you'll be expected to:

  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and TikTok
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools of your choice
  • Create engaging multimedia content, using the existing team to help you
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our brand for key concepts including the metaverse, 3D printing and Space
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Undertake audience research
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights to your line manager
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
  • Analyse and assess competitor activity
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase user engagement
  • Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
  • Manage a budget for social media activities
  • Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within our Metavisionaries company (in-house roles)
  • Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
  • Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face
  • Organise and attend performance meetings for the social media team, whilst keep a log of progress e.g. meeting minutes

The ideal candidate should be able to:

  • Working language is English, but fluency in other languages is a plus!
  • 1+ years of experience working remotely on a distributed team
  • Ability to build rapport and influence with distributed teams representing various cultures and
  • time zones with different communication styles
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
  • Professional experience and skills
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills
  • A desire for your work to be world-changing
  • Experience working within a movement with strong culture and values

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £1,500.00-£2,000.00 per month
