Description
MECS Sales and Lettings is a rapidly growing property management company that specializes in providing top-notch property services to clients across Birmingham. We are looking for a bright, creative and ambitious individual to join our marketing team as an apprentice.
As our Social Media Coordinator Apprentice, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing social media strategies to help MECS Sales and Lettings increase brand awareness and reach new customers. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create engaging and visually appealing content that showcases our properties and services to potential clients.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Filming daily activities of the business.
- Create, plan and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate high-quality content that reflects MECS Sales and Lettings' brand identity.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager.
- Engage with customers and respond to their inquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to ensure that our strategies remain relevant and effective.
- Effective email marketing of blog content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for social media and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

Entry requirements
You need to have a GCSE in Maths and English Grade 4/C or above.
Training to be provided
Digital Marketer:
Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.
