The Role : Social Media & content editor

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated, ambitious and like-minded team of creatives as our new Social Media Manager and content editor.

You'll be responsible for managing a host of our clients social accounts, as well as our own social media presence across various platforms while creating engaging content that aligns with brand voice and style. As a Social Media Manager and

Content Editor, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, creating and publishing compelling content, and monitoring social media performance.

We're looking for someone who can think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

● Very proficient ability to edit video, create reels, transcribe audio

● Create and publish engaging social media content, including but not limited to, graphics, videos, and blog posts.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

● Analyse and report on social media performance.

● Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.

● Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

● Copyright captions to grab attention and gain interest of followers.

● Provide recommendations for improving our social media presence based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

● 1+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms

● Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

● Proficient in graphic design and video editing

● Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

● Ability to analyze and interpret social media data to drive strategic decisions.

● Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

● Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

● Knowledge of digital marketing best practices is a plus.

Qualifications

● 1+ years experience in either or all: Video editing | Graphic design | Social media management | Digital marketing

Location

St Albans City Centre with hybrid option available
