Social Media Content and Marketing Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a fast paced, growing start-up App which is helping thousands in the UK save money every day. We are recruiting for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team that can work across our Social Media platforms and responsible for delivering exceptional results.

Location:

Office based role in Debden, Essex.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage our multi-channel consumer engagement channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and X)

·Create and implement Social Media strategies and ideas to help build brand awareness and drive new users

· Build more engagement through Social Media

· Staying informed of social marketing trends and apply learnings where appropriate to deliver results on engagement

· Report on key KPIs around customer engagement and satisfaction

The Ideal Candidate

· Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment

· Ambitious and driven with strong written, listening and verbal communication skills

· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver solutions

· Ability to manage own workload and meet timelines

· Work as an effective team member

· Excellent customer service skills - ability to provide solutions

· Competent on social media platforms and must be computer literate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £50,000.00 per year
