Social Media Assistant

Overview

If you're a whizz with social media and understand how engaging multimedia content can be used in marketing, then this role may be for you!

This role is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is looking to take the next step in their career, are you someone who has a desire and ability to support brand awareness and sales growth.

You will have knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms and the ability to work with influencers and external partners, we want a self-motivated go-getter who can proactively help us expand the brand and help with execution and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • An understanding of Hospitality and the company values and branding
  • Design quarterly social media strategies, liaising with our operations Manager on upcoming events, social calendars, offers, LTO releases and creative content
  • Create social media content for posting
  • Oversee our entire social offering, including but limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Update and maintain our google business account with blogs, events, and other essential information
  • Create targeted ads across platforms to create further engagement and drive brand awareness.
  • Create monthly reports on social media analytics and campaign results
  • Support the Operations Team in organising events to include charity events, sponsorships, birthday parties, school visits and many more.
  • Build relationships with influencers for collaborations and partnerships
  • Research and evaluate social trends and potential upcoming competitors
  • Oversee and drive the content calendar

Requirements

  • Excellent use of the English language in both professional written and casual written form
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and across our digital platforms
  • Must have a good understanding of all major social media platforms
  • Must have working knowledge of commonly uses software’s and tools for measurement, tracking, reporting and content editing
