Social Media Specialist
Job Description:
EK BAKERY is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for creating and managing the TikTok account for EK BAKERY. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
You will be working alongside the owner to create fun and educational videos to increase brand awareness and engagement. Much of the content will be created by our bakers in the kitchen and sent to you to edit and upload. We will work together to decide what styles of content is required to make the videos.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of social media experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategy for EK BAKERY; including content strategy, audience research, measurement analysis, copywriting and social media management.
Post regular content updates on all EK BAKERY TikTok as needed. Posting should be creative and informative that appeals to the general public. Posting should be timely and relevant to the subsidiaries’ business objectives.
Monitor EK BAKERY TikTok for inappropriate posts or comments that may affect brand image or traffic goals. Respond promptly to ensure that each post is appropriate for the current audience and adhere to overall company guidelines for online presence.
