Rob Swaine Online Coaching are looking for an experienced full-time appointment setter/social media assistant to work for our business within the fitness space from a remote role working from home and potentially occasional strategy days in Essex Or London.

We are an established fitness coaching company specialising in helping the general population lose weight! We are looking to hire a social media assistant/appointment setter/lead generator to work within our business.
Your job role will involve messaging potential clients/customers on social media and creating conversations on platforms like Facebook, Linkedin & Instagram with the goal of hitting a target for calls booked per week. We also get a lot of inbound enquiries so you would be reaching out to them and turning them into clients also.
You will work from home and occasionally visit a great office environment in either London or Essex and will be part of an amazing, motivated and driven team looking to continue to dominate this industry.
We provide all scripting, frameworks and training. We don’t believe in ceilings at our company and therefore leaves so much room for growth within the company.
We are looking for people with VA/appointment setting experience previously so make sure you only apply for this job if that applies.
Pay: £11-£15 Per Hour Depending On Experience + 5% Commision Per Client Signed
Required:
Must be fluent in English
Able to work full time UK hours (9-5 or 10-6 Monday To Friday)
Must have computer and mobile phone (internet connection)
A desire to invest your time in self improvement
An interest in fitness is desirable but not essential

Qualifications:

Duties:
- Generate appointments for customers by using social media platforms.
- Answer customer's questions about our products and services.
- Enter customer information into our system.
- Schedule appointments with our customers.

Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
