Social Media and Marketing Internship

As a part of our growth, we are seeking a social media and marketing intern to join our team.
We are looking for engaging and diverse students that are willing to join our team for a 6-month internship starting January 2023. Our ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, show a willingness to learn, and is not afraid of challenges. Our internships allow students to be fully immersed in meaningful work that impacts the future of the business. To be successful in the role our interns must be self-starters who are willing to drive innovation to win as a team.
What you bring:
- Currently undertaking an Undergraduate degree at a UK University
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Team player with the ability to form and manage relationships both external and internal
- Results orientated
- Strong inter-personal skills, good communicator both verbal and written
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work to changing and urgent timelines – ability to stay calm under pressure
- Creative and willing to generate ideas
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- An appetite to learn and grow, to adapt in an agile fashion to our consumers’ and organization’s needs
Requirements of this role:
- Draft and post various social media content on digital channels including the website and LinkedIn.
- Planning and contributing to social media calendars.
- Contribute to social media qualitative and quantitative analytics to gauge the success of posts.
- Identify and align with viable ideas and growth patterns in the space.
- Creating Change Frontier owned content including blog posts and articles.
- General administrative and communications support as assigned.
- As an intern, we won’t treat you differently or like a junior; we’ll place our trust and confidence in you and offer any assistance you’ll need as you learn the ropes.
- In that regard, you’ll be expected to be self-disciplined and take your duties seriously. Always be accessible, keep time, and ensure that you keep active and open communication lines.
- Integrity, self-discipline, and trustworthiness; all these are vital attributes any virtual intern should have.
