The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Influencer Marketing Specialist, with exceptional negotiating skills, to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, engagement, and growth across various digital platforms.
Role Summary:
Influencer Strategy and Collaboration:
- Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns that aligns with the brands goals.
- Influencer identification and outreach. Strong negotiation of rates. Provide influencers with campaign briefs, key messaging, and KPI’s.
- Manage collaboration admin (giveaways & brand partnerships) and social-first. influencer partnerships – compiling contracts, invoices and monitoring gifting.:
- Develop engaging channel-specific strategies, across Meta, Tik-Tok & Pinterest ensuring brand consistency.
- Understand and research reactive social media trends, updates, and platforms to ensure we’re leading the way both as a brand and within the social landscape.
- Assisting with campaign shoot coordination and securing behind-the-scenes content.
- Lead community engagement across our social channels using live streaming and scheduled content.
Content Creation and Management:
- Manage the creation and production of high-quality social media content.
- Collaborating with the wider team, you will develop highly engaging multi-platform campaigns, focusing on building brand awareness, engagement, and conversion within the target demographic.
- Working with the creative team to ensure the brand is aligned and the content being created is in line with your strategies (briefing graphic designers and content creators).
- Leverage emerging trends to drive brand awareness and conversion.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Report across key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage and report on budgets spent across social media along with return on investment.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, content engagement, and influencer collaborations.
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimise strategies and demonstrate the impact of initiatives to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably in the Beauty industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, emerging trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret social media metrics.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience creating content and influencer marketing strategies.
- Awareness and applied understanding of diversity and inclusion (D&I) within influencer management.
- Knowledge of the creator economy and landscape.
- Essential that you are a proactive self-starter able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Experience using web CMS and CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
